Positions at LEAPNOW Office

Beyond the intrinsic benefit of doing work that is international in scope with a strong service commitment, is the fact that LEAPNOW's office staff and organizational mission is dedicated to raising consciousness.  We are involved in work that is designed to transform lives and we get to see the results on a regular basis.

As a staff we are also committed to our own growth and evolution, conscious exploration of life and the exploration of alternative educational possibilities. To this end, we keep our inter-staff relationships clear and harmonious, work 4 days per week during non-retreat times, and do on-going staff training. The campus is a drug, alcohol and tobacco-free environment.

Any available positions with LEAPNOW are listed below.  Please note that all salaries are starting salaries for people with minimum qualifications - salaries are adjusted upwards based on past experience - we want to hire the best people for each position. Please also note that housing and food are provided with most positions - allowing LEAPNOW staff to save money aggressively while working and living at our rural campus.

People who do best as LEAPNOW staff tend to:

  • be willing to keep growing throughout their lives,
  • are able to generate and create in the workplace, rather than simply "doing their job,"
  • be able to bring all of themselves into their work,
  • be willing to live in a wholehearted way,
  • value contemplation and their inner life,
  • value cultural diversity, and
  • love living in a beautiful, rural setting.
