This video is our attempt to capture the less visible inner value of LEAPYEAR, and to give the viewer a sense of our campus and the residential retreats. Remember that the program includes 6 months of international travel as well as 2 months of retreats in California.

Maggie Doyne

Maggie Doyne

Maggie traveled to New Zealand, Fiji, and Australia on a LEAPNOW Semester in Fall 2005. She subsequently volunteered at an orphanage in India. Traveling to Nepal, Maggie was move by the plight of the children there. She has since created and registered a non-profit and orphanage, and is the recipient of the 2015 CNN Hero of the Year Award, Winner of the 2009 Do Something Awards and the Cosmo Girl 2008 Born to Lead Award.
